A secure and otherwise pleasant apartment, but the management leaves a lot to be desired. It took over six months to repair the kitchen plumbing and replace the dishwasher, leaving water damage inside the cupboards. There was evidence of carpet moths before moving in, and even after professional spraying they persisted, damaging both carpet and clothing. The rent was increased in December 2023, and now the apartment has been re-listed for 25 more per week, advertised with access to a pool and gym — yet the pool was closed for 18 months and the gym is still unavailable. The apartment gets very hot in summer, the air-conditioning is loud, and a standard 600mm washing machine doesn’t fit in the laundry space. The basement car park also has a persistent foul smell. The agent is slow to respond to maintenance requests.
