Reasonably secure building and soundproof between apartments, but serious ventilation and mould problems—particularly on the south side where wardrobes and ceilings develop damp. Balcony drainage and waterproofing are poor due to cheap developer workmanship. Regular parcel thefts, forklift noise from nearby supermarket between 3–5am, and traffic or construction noise depending on which side you face. Be wary if you’re sensitive to mould or sleep disturbance.
