Pros: The building is reasonably secure for the area, aside from occasional parcel theft. Apartments are well soundproofed from neighbours unless they are on their balcony. There is some additional informal parking behind the building, although it is often full. Cons: The apartments are long and narrow with very poor ventilation. Mould issues are common, particularly on the south side of the building, with minor mould problems reported elsewhere. We had to discard personal items due to mould damage, especially from wardrobes. There are also known building quality issues, including poor balcony drainage and waterproofing. Noise can be an issue depending on orientation, with early morning forklift activity from nearby businesses and ongoing construction in surrounding areas.
