Severe heat issues throughout the complex. Units regularly exceed 30 degrees even in winter due to poor design and undersized 2.5kw air conditioners that are completely inadequate for full apartments. Building management refuses window tinting citing by-laws, turning apartments into saunas. Management is unresponsive and unsympathetic. They attempted to claim a carpet stain from our bond that had already been claimed from a previous tenant, which is fraudulent. The unit was also advertised as having a tandem car park, which it does not. Moving in and out is a nightmare due to long walks, stairs, and a heavily spring-loaded alarmed gate. Overall a slumlord-style operation.
