Overall, we've had a really positive experience with both the landlord and the real estate company.
Any time an issue has come up, we've reported it to the agency and they’ve responded quickly — always keeping us in the loop and following up with the landlord fast. It’s made us feel genuinely looked after, which is exactly what you want when renting.
We did notice some rotted wooden boards on the outside of the house (photos shared), but after raising it with the property manager, it was sorted within a few weeks.
Couldn’t ask for more, really.
