This house was full of disappointments. Leaves would enter through gaps in the ceiling, and several features advertised simply didn’t exist — the ad claimed it had a dishwasher, security system and a pool. In reality, there was no dishwasher, no security system, and the pool was left green and unusable, with the agent suggesting tenants should pay to fix it themselves. Looking up the property on the DA website later revealed approved plans to demolish it for duplex construction within the year, which was never disclosed. Overall, it was a misleading and frustrating rental experience.
