This house was one of the worst experiences I have had as a tenant. The toilet and oven were both broken for most of the tenancy and the agents constantly tried to shift the blame and costs onto us instead of organising proper repairs. The neighbours, who were friends of the owners, made the situation even worse. They were aggressive and violent, throwing rocks through windows and interfering with mail. The property never felt safe or looked after, and the agency showed no interest in resolving any of the issues. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place and landlord altogether.
