Appliances and water pressure were good, and minor repairs were handled promptly, but the property suffers from severe rising damp. Mould appeared on clothes and walls, and salt crystals formed on interior brickwork. Gutters were full of holes, condensation was constant, and drying clothes indoors could take a week. Although the agent eventually sent a plumber who confirmed rising damp, the property was re-let without remediation. Future tenants should be aware of the persistent moisture and mould issues.
