Real estate and landlord raise the rent every year as high as possible with no improvements to the building or units. No ovens, one broken washer and dryer shared between fourteen units, and constant rubbish outside. Freezing in winter, boiling hot in summer, and damp issues throughout. Classic landlord special — gaps around pipes, can literally see into the walls under cupboards. Maintenance requests handled inconsistently and the property feels completely neglected.
