Really solid and beautiful place to live. The real estate agents and landlords combined are super professional and reasonable and have been really helpful in providing advice when I've been stumped on how to fix things. Inspections are only twice a year which is great, because it means you can live peacefully and enjoy your home. They know their rights, your rights and are helpful in guiding you through the process to facilitate a smooth and professional relationship. Neighbours are good and close to transport. Probably the most drama-free rental I've ever had. I could not recommend this place and Element Property Services enough.
