The apartment itself was really nice, two fairly spacious bedrooms, decent sized living room and bathroom. Older 1960s build, so during the winter, insulation isn’t the best and the apartment can feel like it drops below 0 degrees. Owner would just recommend wearing more layers in the winter time, which is ridiculous. Request for gas pipe installation was put through but never eventuated. Only other issues would include the backyard area, which would have been shared with another 10-12 other 4 lot strata blocks. Way to many dogs pooing all over the place, no one took responsibility for picking up their dogs business.
