This property was overpriced from the start and became even less affordable after two rent increases in the first eighteen months, one of which was a hundred dollars a week. The landlord ignored repeated maintenance requests and refused to repair existing issues. Leases were shortened so rent could be raised more frequently by cycling through new tenants. The house itself was in poor condition and not worth the amount charged. There were also safety concerns in the area, making the experience stressful overall. I would not recommend this property.
