The house itself was in decent condition and nicely presented, but living next door to the landlord made privacy difficult. They often dropped by unannounced, which became intrusive. At the end of the lease, 00 was taken from the bond for cleaning, despite the property being left spotless. The place was fully furnished, though the laundry was poor quality and the provided beds were terrible for the back. Overall, tolerable for a short stay if you bring your own mattress, but not ideal for long-term renting.
