Property is dilapidated and unliveable — roof and walls collapsing, incorrect insulation making it 30 degrees until 1 a.m., foundations failing, and plumbing breaking down. Sewage from the neighbouring unit leaks into the garden. The landlord’s husband poses as the landlord and routinely harasses tenants, using power tools on the property and attending without notice, breaching peaceful tenancy rights. Avoid at all costs.
