The property was in extremely poor condition when I moved in. It was dirty, many parts of the home were deteriorating, and essential repairs like the bathroom and safe drinking water were ignored for months. I did not feel safe or respected during the tenancy and ultimately had to involve authorities for my protection. It was one of the most distressing rental experiences I have ever had and I would strongly advise future tenants to ensure proper inspection and documentation before moving into any privately managed rural property.
