Converted alfresco area attached to the owner’s main dwelling, likely without permits. Bond of 400 was never lodged with the RBTA and then kept. Rent was 50 per week excluding bills and we didn’t even have our own bins. The so-called landlords also attempted to blackmail us. Extremely dodgy property owners taking advantage of tenants.
