There was a major water leak in the upstairs main shower that was never properly repaired. The tiles were ripped up while we were still living there, forcing us to share a single ensuite shower for over six months. The tradesperson who inspected the issue said the floorboards were rotten and at risk of collapsing into the garage below. When we asked for proper repairs so we could use the bathroom safely, we were given an eviction notice instead. The property was re-listed for rent within a week, and given the extent of the problem, it is hard to believe the structural damage was ever fixed. I even saw the tradesman push a screwdriver through the floor and it went straight through to the level below.
