Lived there for six months a while back. The agency was one of the best I’ve had as a renter — really professional and easy to deal with. The property itself wasn’t terrible, but you don’t realise its flaws until you’re living in it. The advertised ‘carports’ now have roller doors that make it impossible to actually park a car and lock it in. The worst part, though, was the neighbours at 19–21 Popran Road — roughly a dozen housing commission townhouses. They treated the walkway through the property as public space, went through bins, dumped rubbish, and had loud screaming fights at all hours. There’s no real security or privacy, and I know at least one tenant who broke their lease just to get away from the neighbours.
