The roof needs replacing due to severe mould in the second bedroom. The owners were extremely slow to fix anything — often ignoring maintenance issues altogether. It took a month for them to repair a sewage problem in the main toilet, and they refused to replace the faulty inlet valve even after flooding occurred. The tiles and bricks around the property were loose and unsafe, constantly shifting underfoot. McGrath’s management made matters worse, showing no care or urgency toward tenants’ wellbeing. Avoid if you value timely repairs and a livable home.
