Extensive black mould throughout the property — inside bedroom wardrobes, on window sills, and behind the fridge where the wall and floorboards have rotted. The external laundry is in appalling condition with peeling paint and no security, while the shared backyard paving poses a trip hazard. The external staircase railing is falling apart with missing sections, creating serious safety concerns. Stone Forest Greenwich have done nothing to resolve any of these issues despite being notified multiple times.
