A once charming home that has since fallen into severe disrepair. Features include makeshift curtain rods, damaged walls, gaps stuffed with steel wool, a broken exhaust fan nailed to the ceiling, and bathroom mould that never goes away. Lino has been nailed to the bathroom walls instead of tiling, and a leaking kitchen window soaks the curtains during heavy rain. The outdoor awnings are shredded, and the shed is collapsing. Paint is flaking everywhere, inside and out. The agency repeatedly ignored maintenance requests and even issued an incomplete rent increase notice. While the open lounge and decent yard were positives, the overall experience was dreadful — this property should not be rented in its current state.
