Great little flat with a responsive landlord and well-kept condition overall. Unfortunately, the neighbour makes the experience unbearable – verbally abusive, leaves notes, and blasts loud music for most of the day. He’s been there for years and neither his landlord nor the agency have done anything to resolve it. The property itself is fine, but if you value peace and quiet, avoid moving in next door to him.
