The landlord was reasonable, not raising the rent for 4 years, and the agency was acceptable. However, major problems came from building management (Binks and Associates), who rarely addressed issues properly and passed responsibility to the Owner's Committee. The building itself has structural and design flaws, including a very narrow car park that often led to dents in cars (see attached video). There have also been break-ins, no CCTV coverage, and reports of domestic violence and other criminal activity in the building. Overall, I would not recommend living here despite a stable rent.
