The apartment was in very poor condition with mould throughout and constant pest problems. Requests for repairs were either ignored or badly handled – at one point a drawer was taken away and never returned. The kitchen was deteriorating, electrical wiring caused frequent blown fuses, and carpets were worn out. Cockroaches and ants were a constant presence. Communication from the agency was slow and unhelpful, leaving the property feeling neglected and unsafe.
