The strata at this property is genuinely unhinged. I received threats to remove harmless items from my balcony and even an illegal threat of termination for adding shade screening. They refuse to cooperate, ignore mediation attempts, and create a hostile environment. The garbage shed constantly smells, the unit is dark, extremely noisy from highway traffic, and the smell from the nearby dump drifts through two to three days a week. The real estate agency, DiJones Neutral Bay, was unhelpful with repairs, made baseless threats, and failed to have the property properly cleaned before move-in. Unless you have absolutely no other option, I’d steer clear of this one.
