The living space itself was decent, though poorly designed with the ceiling fan positioned too close to the kitchen cabinets – making it impossible to open them without damage when the fan was running. The real problem was the agency. Rent Star were consistently unprofessional, unhelpful, and made the renting process difficult. At the end of the tenancy, they attempted to take the bond unfairly and tried to squeeze money wherever they could. Avoid at all costs.
