This property was a nightmare to live in. Possums nested in the ducting for over a year, urinating through light fixtures, and nothing was done despite repeated requests. Electrical work was unsafe — an oven taped to live wires, suspicious garage wiring, and a fire alarm from 1995 with no batteries. The back room leaked and warped furniture, while mould damaged belongings. Evaporative cooling leaked so badly it added 00 to water bills until finally fixed after threats to call council. Even basic fixtures like toilet roll holders and shower fittings were missing or broken. The agency repeatedly ignored calls and emails, only raising rent after we refused to renew. Totally unsafe and unprofessional management — I feel sorry for the next tenants.
