Looking back, this home could have been incredible but was let go badly. The landlord wouldn’t deal with the bathroom issues or the rotting front steps from termites. The bathroom walls were chipped and damp, with mould spreading. Halfway through the lease the backyard was stripped of plants and left covered with rubble, making it unusable. It was heartbreaking to see such a beautiful old house neglected like this.
