Loved living here. The place was well maintained and any issues got sorted quickly. There was a bit of general wear and tear like you’d expect in any house but nothing major. Upstairs rooms do get hot and stuffy in summer but they’ve got wall aircon units that help a lot. Downstairs has ducted heating which works well and I never needed extra heating upstairs when it was on. If it wasn’t on a heated blanket was more than enough for sleeping. Downstairs bedrooms were fine with a standing heater if needed especially for smaller spaces like a study. Even on really hot days in summer the downstairs area stayed cool enough without needing extra cooling. Overall it was a really solid rental.
