I moved into this property at the start of February and immediately noticed a strong smell of dog urine that the agent refused to address, telling me to deal with it myself. Leaks were reported from the beginning but never repaired. The listing had stated that internet was included, but it never worked, which caused major problems for my job as I work from home. Once I gave notice to leave, the agency began contacting me almost daily to schedule inspections during work hours, claiming they had high interest but rarely showing up with anyone. It felt unnecessary and intrusive. Overall, the property was poorly managed and not worth the stress.
