Overall the apartment was fine. There was some minor water damage in the bathroom, but it didn’t worsen during our three-year stay. The agency only conducted one inspection the entire time, and we had about four different agents cycle through. On the positive side, they didn’t try to claim our bond even though the carpet had some damage from our cat and I had patched a few wall dings myself.
