Absolutely horrible little studio. The entire building is full of cockroaches. It doesn't matter if you get rid of them in your apartment, they will repopulate from other people's apartments. Millions of them. Also got bed bugs while living here. The building literally has cracks large enough that you can see the street outside through the wall. Cars and motorbikes going by constantly hooning, revving super loud — this place is a hotspot for that kind of activity. The windows never get cleaned on the outside either, so it's just dark, dirty and depressing. There was also rubbish shoved behind the hot water heater, which I found after a few months of wondering why the place smelled so bad. It's just one of the worst apartment buildings in Melbourne.
