This apartment is in a great location and the neighbours were friendly, but the ownership and management let it down badly. The building developed mould from a facade leak which was never properly fixed. We took the issue to VCAT and the agent’s response was to bleach the walls the day before the hearing, then plaster over the mould without repainting. Unsurprisingly, the mould returned because the ventilation is poor and the windows barely open. The blinds kept breaking and the paintwork was so thin that marks appeared just from brushing against the wall. The place looks modern from the outside but suffers from cheap finishes and neglect. Avoid if you can — nice area, badly managed property.
