The landlords and agency were genuinely good to deal with. We even offered above asking rent to secure the place, but they accepted us without taking the extra cash, which was refreshing. Maintenance requests were handled well, and overall the agency was reliable. The property itself is a typical 1960s home hardwood floors, a few cracked kitchen tiles, and some minor mould issues in the bathroom. Nothing too serious and definitely better than many other rentals we’ve seen.
Overall a decent, fair place to live.
