This property looks charming from the outside and can easily fool prospective tenants on inspection day, but living here quickly reveals its flaws. The hallway smells terrible, the windows leak, and the air conditioning has never worked. Security is practically non-existent despite what is advertised: a bike was stolen from the third floor storage area, and the cage could be opened without a key. The management company ignored repeated requests to fix this. There is also no surveillance footage of the theft, showing how unsafe the building really is. Internally, the unit has poor natural light with windows only at the front, leaving it dark and unpleasant, which negatively affects mental health, especially for those working or studying from home. Overall, the agency and landlord failed to address urgent issues, making this a place to avoid at all costs.
