The landlord refused to carry out essential repairs, including serious internal wall and ceiling damage after a major water leak. For nearly three years, nothing was fixed. NCAT had to issue two repair orders — the second only because the first was ignored. When I finally secured a rent reduction due to the property’s poor condition, they retaliated by terminating my tenancy. A clear case of negligence and intimidation. Avoid this agency and landlord entirely.
