Avoid this place. The person subletting the room only rents to women and is extremely controlling, with no respect for privacy or personal space. She demanded constant interaction, took offence if I wanted quiet time after work or slept in on weekends, and even entered my room and touched my laundry without consent. When I moved out, she refused to return my bond and I had to seek legal assistance to pursue it—still never got it back. A deeply uncomfortable and invasive living situation. Stay well away.
