The apartment was unlivable during summer due to extreme heat, no insulation, broken curtains and a tin roof. Air conditioning took months to be repaired and even then could not cool the bedroom due to poor layout and lack of windows. Power bills tripled as a result. Numerous leaks were never fixed. At the end of the tenancy the agency attempted to claim bond for pre-existing damage and refused to provide an itemised list until the matter went to tribunal. Avoid renting here.
