The place does need some work but the landlords were easy to deal with and usually got things fixed when asked. They bought it while we were still renting from the old owner who had done a bunch of dodgy landlord special fixes. In the three years we were there they only raised the rent by ten bucks a week. No nosy behaviour and they weren’t picky with inspections or even the end of lease. As long as you're a decent tenant I reckon you'd be fine living there. We only moved out because I was lucky enough to finally buy a place of my own.
