I rented this house for over two years and it had constant flooding issues caused by poor drainage. On one occasion grey water came up through the bathroom drain and flooded the interior. The neighbouring owners often held loud parties and played live band music that could be heard clearly inside. The flooring cracked easily from wear and tear, and tenants were told they might have to cover the cost of repairs even when not at fault. Bugs entered through poorly sealed windows, and mould in the bathroom kept returning despite cleaning. The agent charged me about a thousand dollars at the end of the lease for issues that weren’t my fault. It looked decent from the outside but was a stressful and disappointing place to live.
