Unsafe home in an unsafe area. Constant police visits due to next-door Berry Street house for drug-affected teens—threats, property damage, and noise. Inside, severe mould, faulty electrical wiring, broken windows, and a front door that doesn’t lock. Absolutely not safe to live in.
