Apartment was filthy and neglected. Carpets and walls were coated in grime, the whole place reeked of damp, and there was visible mould growing on the windows and flyscreens. The air conditioner leaked fluid down the interior walls. The building itself was poorly maintained, with hallway carpets lifting and covered in dirt, and greasy handprints smeared along the walls. Truly disgusting condition and no proper upkeep.
