The owner consistently avoided using qualified trades to properly fix issues. We lived with a leaking and partially collapsed ceiling, black mould throughout the house, and broken appliances including stovetops, dishwasher and air conditioning.
Multiple quotes would be obtained over months, but no meaningful repairs were completed until we formally breached them. After five years of tenancy, our lease was not renewed. Maintenance was delayed and reactive rather than properly addressed. Prospective tenants should be cautious.
