Looking back, the place was an old Queenslander and a bit rough around the edges, but what you saw was what you got. No hidden mould, no major surprises. We lived there in 2019 and the landlord back then was decent and responsive with repairs and fair to deal with. It wasn’t perfect, but it was managed well enough.
