Lived at this property for nearly four years. On move-in, the cleaner had damaged the towel rail and there was mould inside both toilet cisterns. The owners continually failed to repair the fences, causing disputes with neighbours, and left an overgrown privet hedge for us to manage. The landlord visited once, promised to return to finish trimming but never came back. A rear screen door was a condition of the lease — it took them three and a half years just to get a quote, then we were given ninety days' notice to leave. The house itself was lovely, but the owners made an art form of saying they’d fix things and never following through. Sad to leave the home, but won’t miss dealing with them.
