Absolute joke of a rental. Mould everywhere, musty air and almost no sunlight even in summer – a serious health hazard. After heavy rain the power was out for nearly two weeks, and the electrician left a hole in the floor that stayed for weeks. Constant noise from upstairs parties and nearby housing commission arguments. Agents dismissed all issues as 'normal'. Broke the lease early to escape these conditions.
