Apartments come with no parking and the building has constant security issues — people frequently enter without permission and cars are often broken into. The real estate agent was completely unhelpful, ignoring all concerns. Poor construction quality, no access to advertised amenities, and endless noise through the night, including repeated false fire alarms. A terrible building and an even worse agency. Avoid this one.
