Do you enjoy moving into a mould infested property? Do you want a landlord that shows no accountability for the state of his property? Do you want to overpay for a dump? 148 Terence Avenue is owned by a DIY landlord who fixes everything himself when he decides to fix them. It took him over a month and a hospital trip for my toddler to repair a simple door that would not latch. The property was falsely advertised as having a studio and I was then forced to put my elderly father on the floor. Upon vacating he attempted to force us to leave our workplace on his demand to wipe off cleaning residue on a wall and cupboard and dust off a cobweb in a shed or he was going to take our bond. No attempt to negotiate. He caved when I called the bluff. Save yourself the heartache. This landlord will do anything to save a dollar, even if it means doing the job poorly.
