This house was extremely damp and constantly affected by mould. Clothes and furniture never dried properly, and parts of the roof were beginning to sag. The property was dirty when we moved in and the agency ignored most maintenance requests. They were difficult to reach unless they needed something from us. When we left, the rent was increased by eighty dollars a week even though nothing had been improved. The area was noisy with frequent arguments and vehicles revving late at night. It has remained on the market for months since we moved out, which is not surprising given the condition.
