It’s been a while since I lived there but the place was a total disgrace. Black mould everywhere, no window or extractor in the bathroom even though we asked for one for over five years. The heater was dodgy, power kept tripping, wiring was a mess and only got sorted because one of us was an electrician. Lino in the bathroom was peeling with mushrooms growing out of it, bits of the ceiling fell down in the bedrooms, walls were cracked and paint was peeling. Taps wouldn’t stop leaking, and there were broken windows inside and out that were never fixed. Real estate barely responded to anything and now they’re trying to take our bond. They even tried to jack up the rent twice in two months to over $4000. Never again.
